Launcher release preparation

The Ascend Flyff launcher is being prepared for its future public release and incremental client updates.

The planned launcher will install the client once, download only changed files, and provide Verify/Repair for damaged files.

There is no public launcher package yet. The Download page will remain in a Coming Soon state until a validated production package and authorized URL are available.
